Thanks to significant investments to extend and renew the business, the farm today has 160 head of cattle and 90 hectares dedicated exclusively to growing fresh fodder to feed the cows. Moved in this direction by the decision not to use chemicals on their crops, this is an entirely organic farm.
“What is it I enjoy about my work? The freedom to work outdoors and to run my business independently. It’s the seasons that are the boss, not our own needs; this isn’t always easy to accept, but in the end everyone finds their own balance.”
It is with this in mind that Angelo has been able to transmit his passion for the job to his sons, who take painstaking care of the cows to produce the finest-quality milk.
